Our 1-on-1 Remote Training is designed for cases that require hand-on attention. This may be you if:
On a scale of 1-10, you consistently experience pain at a 7 or more.
You have been dealing with this pain for years and it has either intensified, or more pains have popped up since.
You have tried to resolve this pain. You have tried things like physical therapy, pain medication, chiropractors, and other practitioners, but nothing has worked long-term.
This pain interferes with things you like or need to do day to day. It may interfere with your ability to play with your kids, to focus on your work, or to enjoy weekend activities like golf or tennis.
You have been told that you will need to permanently adjust how you live your life to accommodate this pain.
You have access to a variety of gym of equipment or are willing to invest in expanding your current repertoire.
Our independent course are designed for a very different person than our 1-on-1 training. They exist for those we do not accept into 1-on-1 training, or who simply don't need 1-on-1 training. Independent courses are for those who are capable of keeping themselves on track without a coach's help. This is you if:
You can follow a plan on your own.
You can watch video demonstrations of exercises and then complete the exercises as they should be done.
You have decent lifestyle habits to build a base from and are open to improving them.
You have pains and discomforts but they are better described as minor, nagging aches and pains rather than intense pain. Usually falling around the 3-5 range on a scale of 1-10.
Your pain is annoying, but isn't completely stopping you from doing the things you enjoy doing. However, you know you should deal with it now before it gets worse.
Independent course aren't for everyone, but if you are an independent person, you will have success.

The Challenge: After childbirth, Michele began experiencing persistent, unexplained, “ripping” core pain. She consulted physicians and completed several rounds of physical therapy, but her symptoms remained unresolved. No one had an answer for her and she was still in pain.
The Breakthrough: Instead of focusing solely on the site of pain, our comprehensive assessment revealed whole-body asymmetries, as well as an inability to reflexively brace against unplanned, physical stimuli. We started with diaphragmatic breathwork, progressed to pallof presses and split squats, and gradually expanded her capacity, ultimately restoring her movement and eliminating her pain.

Physical therapists are exceptional at what they are designed for: acute pain. But if your pain returns the moment you stop doing entry-level rehab exercises, the issue isn't that PT failed. It's that true load capacity was never built.
