THE DISCOVERY PACKAGE

At UNSTOPPABLE Training, we customize every fitness ​journey to meet your unique needs. Our Discovery ​Package is a 3-step process starting with a ​Personalized Discovery Interview, where we get to ​know you and understand your goals and challenges. ​Next is our Movement Assessment, where we evaluate ​your strengths, identify limitations, and determine your ​fitness level. Finally, in the Discovery Review, we create ​a personalized action plan that respects your ​limitations while challenging you to achieve your goals. ​Begin your life-changing journey with us today and live ​a life without compromise.

ASSESS

If we are absolutely certain we can ​help you reach your goals, the next ​step is 1-on-1 personal training with a ​professional on our staff. The first ​goal of personal training is to assess ​where you currently are so that we ​can make informed decisions to help ​you move closer towards your goals. ​We constantly revisit this step to ​ensure we are making progress!

DEVELOP

As we continue through personal training, you'll be introduced to movements and habits you’ll start seeing in your individualized plan designed by the professional you are working with. We will also begin to address your specific needs and goals. By the end of this phase, you will have gained the confidence and competence to continue working through your plan with some autonomy, allowing you to move closer to reclaiming your active life.

ASCEND

By this time you’ll be ready to join our individualized semiprivate sessions with a plan designed by your professional. We'll continue to build on your competence and confidence to ascend from and develop even more autonomy with base movements and habits while enhancing your foundation of a more resilient mind and body. By the end of this phase, you'll have gained autonomy in foundational movements and habits as well as additional elevated skills, movements, and habits allowing you to move closer to reclaiming your active life. You will have gained further insight into the proper intensity of application of those movements and skills and are now working on mastering them.

RECLAIM

At this point in your journey, you'll now have the skills and habits learned from the previous phases, and be able to apply them to a pain-free and active life outside of the gym. This doesn’t mean you will not have been active outside of the gym until this point, but now you’ll be living your life without limits. You may have gotten back to playing with your grandkids without worrying about your back, but you haven’t been able to go on a long hike with the family yet. Maybe you feel comfortable playing futbol (soccer) by yourself again, but you haven’t yet gained the confidence to participate in a pick-up game. If running or biking is your thing, maybe you’ve been able to run or bike for shorter distances, but not been able to hit the road like you used to. By the time we reach the end of this phase for your specific goals, not only are you reclaiming your active life safely, but now you’re doing it with confidence! This phase is ongoing and is where we see our clients doing activities they once believed they would never get back to doing, and they start setting brand new goals for themselves!

PERSONAL TRAINING

Customized training tailored to the individual based on your goals and a professional that keeps you accountable. Their practical advice and guidance will help you reach your goals and stay injury-resilient.



SEMIPRIVATE SESSIONS

Once you have achieved the competence and confidence you continue working towards your atonomy and use the skills you have gained in a more independent setting. Our classes are designed to create a supportive atmosphere, where you can get individualized attention and support from your professional as you work towards your goals.


ONLINE TRAINING

You don’t need to come into the gym to achieve your life of physical freedom. Work with our professionals virtually to reach your goals from the comfort of your own home or have the flexibility to do it anywhere.
