Starting Point:
- Persistent "phantom" core pain following childbirth
- Severe thoracic spine restriction & right-side weakness
- Inability to brace against unexpected daily stimuli
12-Month Result:
- 100% Pain-free status
- Restored core-to-extremity control
- Complete structural balance and dynamic stability
The Challenge: After childbirth, Michele began experiencing persistent, unexplained, “ripping” core pain. She consulted physicians and completed several rounds of physical therapy, but her symptoms remained unresolved. No one had an answer for her and she was still in pain.
The Breakthrough: Instead of focusing solely on the site of pain, our comprehensive assessment revealed whole-body asymmetries, as well as an inability to reflexively brace against unplanned, physical stimuli. We started with diaphragmatic breathwork, progressed to pallof presses and split squats, and gradually expanded her capacity, ultimately restoring her movement and eliminating her pain.

Client Profile: Kristi | Endurance Athlete & Active Lifestyle
The Challenge: Living with a persistent 7/10 pain level caused by heavy endurance training, osteoporosis, and structural bone growths. While tailored strength work initially helped delay intervention, she ultimately required bilateral hip replacements and needed a path back to an active life beyond standard post-op rehab.
The Breakthrough: We executed a core-to-extremity protocol designed to restore her neuromuscular connection, rebuild dynamic hip stability, restore functional patterns, and safely manage her load capacity.
Client Profile: Bob | Retired & Unable to Enjoy Life with Wife and Grandkids
The Challenge: Severely limited after a complex spinal surgery, Bob was unable to stand for more than 5-10 minute at a time. He had completed physical therapy immediately following surgery, but living within the doctor's recommended limits left him dependent on others.
The Breakthrough: We monitored his biofeedback responses and Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) reports to safely guide Bob past his doctor's recommended limits to regain his independence.
