This is not just another cookie-cutter program. It is designed to help you learn about your body and it's needs. You are expected to take notes, take videos, and learn to speak the language of your body.
1. Make the most of your 1-on-1 Strategy Call. This call is for us to review your movement assessment as well as any lifestyle factors that are currently contributing to your limitations and discomfort. It is imperative that we have data to work with in order to give you the absolute best recommendations. This means you must take the Education & Assessment week seriously. Record your movement, take extensive notes on what you felt, and bring questions to the call. This is how we set you up for success and we need information from you in order to do that properly.
2. Invest in the necessary equipment. If you have most of the pieces of equipment listed above, you can make that work. But if you are missing pieces or only have two sets of dumbbells, you must invest in more equipment. This is an investment in yourself that will lead to your success in the program.
3. Learn. This is not optional. You must be willing to take the time to learn what habits need to be in place to support your recovery and results.
4. Make the necessary changes. When we meet during our 1-on-1 Strategy Call, we will give you recommended lifestyle changes. If you do not implement those changes, you will see limited success at best. Make sure you are ready to fully commit and make the changes necessary to keep your results long-term.
